We are a software and services company with a remote working policy, so our environmental footprint and impact is small. Our culture is deeply principled – our values matter to us and they shape our decisions and behaviour. We are respectful of one another, our customers, the law and the environment. We have always practiced environmental and community care but with the launch of our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and with the advent of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, EU) and UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS) with have codified our sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
